? Assistant Toddler Teacher – Tiny Town Early Learning Centers ?

Tiny Town is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Assistant Toddler Teacher to support our toddler classrooms. We’re looking for someone who understands the fast pace of toddler life and can help create a warm, structured, and developmentally supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead teacher with daily routines, transitions, and classroom management
Support toddlers in developing independence, communication, and self‑help skills
Model and encourage positive social‑emotional behaviors
Help implement age‑appropriate activities that promote exploration and learning
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
Observe and support individual child needs under the guidance of the lead teacher

Required Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of toddler development, behavior, and age‑appropriate expectations
Ability to stay calm, patient, and consistent in a busy, high‑energy classroom
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow classroom systems
Reliable attendance, time management, and communication
Ability to build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
Experience in childcare or early education preferred, but not required
Flexibility and a positive, upbeat attitude
